Ashamed, My family and I waited 30 minutes before our server first acknowledged us. After dropping off waters, another 20 minutes went by without her coming back to take our orders. In that time, several other customers came and left unattended by the same poor service. When we offered to pay for our coffees and leave. Our completely incompetent server, started talking back, making a scene in restaurant and being extremely rude. “You can’t just come and sit down and expect to be served” No signs suggested otherwise. She then went on to say how she had this ‘terrible headache’, and she’s ‘very busy’ and ‘not feeling well’. Have some dignity and admit to your mistakes and just go home if that’s how you plan to act and treat customers. What a terrible employee, the blonde women working today (Dec 24) should be fired. Sad!

Incredibly cozy experience, with more than friendly staff and some incredible deals on food. Although I do find that the menu isn't always informative enough, it's still a great place for breakfast, brunch, or dinner!

Consistently excellent food AND service. Large Variety Menu; always comes quick and hot. Coffee is excellent too (always a decision-maker when I go out lol ) . Totally recommend this place to friends and family all the time.

Great service and wonderful food! This was the Farmer's Breakfast that was a great meal to start the day. Coffee was good and the atmosphere was pleasant. The ever attentive staff ensured that my family and I lacked for nothing. Would definitely go back the next time I'm in Brandon.

Some of the best breakfast in the city. Delicious homemade perogies can accompany your mountain of a breakfast for an unexpected side that you never knew you needed. I just wish there was more sitting room as many people try to make their way in at any given time of the day.

My dad who just turned 94 loves this friendly restaurant on Victoria in Brandon. We usually have a meal there while home and order in from home. Very reasonable and the food is home cooked style.

I absolutely love this place. Service, food, parking is all great and a classic Brandon staple

This is the best of the best here in Brandon.

Had Eggs Benedict (which is my absolute favourite breakfast/brunch item) and everything was good about it except the hollandaise sauce which tasted sour and the teeny amount of shredded potatoes that accompanied it - could not have been more than 1/4 cup. Good service and friendly staff. Price was acceptable.

We are from SK and decided to try Mum’s out as we have never heard of it before. Excellent service and absolutely fenomenal food. And not expensive either. I recommend Mum’s to anyone and everyone! You will not be disappointed 👍🏼😁

Horrible customer service! I treated my elderly mother to brunch and the waitress snapped at her multiple times and threw the menu at her! I used to go here all the time when I lived in the city. I will never go again. Plus I was overcharged $7!

Staff and food were great. They were closing early for good Friday but let us eat unrushed. I'll be back as food was great and waitress was very friendly.

Served me really cold perogies not quite cooked through and blamed it on the sauce they put on top ...told server she couldn't care less. it's to bad the other food was great but dont want to pay for something uncooked and cold. She never even offered to warm them up . Bad service

They didn’t want to start an order at 7:30 when they closed at 8 so lied about their hours of operation saying closed at 7 — even though they answered the phone. Cute.
